Hello Monday, we meet again. Well, vacation is over and it’s time to get back to work and make that money. This Monday was not terrible because I woke up with a positive attitude and ready to face this week head on. I’m doing doubles for now and working towards a show date. I don’t think I’m going to compete this year but I can do a photo shoot. It’s been years since I’ve had pictures done so it seems like a good thing to work towards.
Digger was helping me this weekend with getting things together so I could be ahead of things this week. I always feel so behind most days and I’m always playing catch up. See how he works that mouse pad. Ha!
Yesterday I pulled the infused pitcher out of the cabinet so we can start making our own flavored water again. It’s a spring/summer thing around this house. I made cucumber water and in case you have ever wondered how it’s done I will leave a video at the end of this post you can check out. It’s really simple and cucumber is such a clean taste and reminds me of being at the spa.
One of the main reasons I was excited to go back to work today was to try out my “ignoring co-worker” headphones and they are just as awesome as I thought they would be. It’s a little odd to wear something to big a bulky but I’m sure I will get over it.
Don’t you just love quotes? I found this one from Ray Rice and I love it. This can be applied to everything in life but I’m apply it to my figure competition goals and building muscle. I know what I want, I just need to go after it and never give up.
As promised I have changed my cardio playlist and usually I try to make the list longer than this but my cardio sessions are around 30 minutes so this playlist will work fine for me right now.
